A neurological condition affecting the involuntary movements. It is characterized by brief, non-repetitive irregular muscle contractions. It is seen in patients with Huntington's disease.

As child is on midazolam drip so must be sedated. Seizures not so obvious. Get metabolic screening done. Do EEG and MRI and classify type of seizures first then go for proper selection of drugs. May be some epileptic syndromes.
